Recent trip to Eastern WA

We recently headed out to the hot arid flatland of Eastern Washington. Web developer, Julian Lorentz and I spent the weekend driving to Lake Chelan for the World Cup of Paragliding. We are still in post production on the piece, but we were able to post a short and interesting “Northwest Interesing Places” segment on the site. It’s titled Farmer Cemetary. Growing up in Los Angeles, I found it interesting to find this cemetary out in the middle of nowhere. Even as a kid growing up, both of my grand parents are buried at the Hollywood Cemetary and I always enjoyed going there and remembering them and looking around at all the interesting tombstones.

He it is, many years later and I am still facinated by it. Check it out, I hope you think it is as interesting as I found it to be.

We’re in LA scouting some locales for future projects and a bit o’ chill time. Flying Virgin America is such a great time, always. The most entertaining is the in flight safety video. Very well done. the voice over is the best. It has the most soothing quality. Plus the purple lights and CurrrentTV on the in flight entertainment tops it all off.

“The Free Box” is a new webseries we plan to have available for everyone soon!
It’s about a group of people living together in Portland, OR and their daily adventures. “The Free Box is absolutely hilarious. The characters all have their own screwy, idiosyncratic traits, but without overbearing lack of subtlety of a TV sitcom.” -an exert from an article in the Portland Mercury. I highly recommend watching all of the 23 episodes from beginning to end and we expect to have everything up and running in a few weeks.
