We recently headed out to the hot arid flatland of Eastern Washington. Web developer, Julian Lorentz and I spent the weekend driving to Lake Chelan for the World Cup of Paragliding. We are still in post production on the piece, but we were able to post a short and interesting “Northwest Interesing Places” segment on the site. It’s titled Farmer Cemetary. Growing up in Los Angeles, I found it interesting to find this cemetary out in the middle of nowhere. Even as a kid growing up, both of my grand parents are buried at the Hollywood Cemetary and I always enjoyed going there and remembering them and looking around at all the interesting tombstones.
He it is, many years later and I am still facinated by it. Check it out, I hope you think it is as interesting as I found it to be.
